Delivery Locations
We deliver to:
Inside Dhaka City
Outside Dhaka (All districts under courier coverage)
Delivery coverage depends on courier availability.
Processing Time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM are processed the same day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed the next working day.
Orders are not processed on weekends or government holidays.
Delivery Time
Inside Dhaka
Estimated delivery: 24–48 hours
Outside Dhaka
Estimated delivery: 2–5 working days
(delivery time depends on courier and location)
Delivery Charges
Inside Dhaka: ৳80
Outside Dhaka: ৳120
Shipping fees may change depending on weight and courier policy.
Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed:
You will receive an SMS/email confirmation.
Our team may call you to verify the order if needed.
Once shipped, you will receive delivery updates.
Packaging
We ensure safe packaging suitable for:

Delays
Delivery may delay due to:
Weather conditions
Transport issues
Courier delays
High order volume
Remote delivery locations
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.
Failed Deliveries
An order may fail if:
The customer is unreachable
Incorrect address is provided
Customer refuses to accept delivery
After 2 failed attempts, the order will be canceled automatically.
