Refunds

We offer refunds only under the following conditions:

  • The item is damaged, spoiled, or leaked

  • The wrong item was delivered

  • The product is expired

  • Change of mind

  • Items opened or used

  • Fresh food, organic vegetables, fruits

  • Items on sale or discount
    Sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular priced items are refundable.


Replacements

We replace items if they are:

  • Defective

  • Damaged during delivery

  • Incorrect product received

  2. Provide clear photos/video of the issue

  3. We will review and approve the request

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:
